Patient care
Visiting us
If you are not feeling well or are COVID positive you must not come into the hospital to ensure the safety of our patients, staff and physicians.
Unity Health currently has an Essential Care Partners policy in place. Only visitors with certain exceptions on compassionate grounds and other special safety needs are allowed in to visit.
These changes have been made to balance the safety of our patients, family members and staff, while also promoting a compassionate and healing environment. We will welcome Essential Care Partners to our hospitals in a phased approach.

NOTE: Parts of St. Michael’s will be impacted by construction as we build a new patient care tower at the corner of Queen and Victoria Streets and make significant upgrades to existing hospital space. Before your appointment, call 416-360-4000 or visit the clinic locator page to confirm where your clinic or your doctor’s office is located.
