Critical Care at St. Michael's
St. Michael’s is Canada’s premier critical care hospital
Patients are our top priority at St. Michael’s Hospital and within the Critical Care Department. The Critical Care Department cares for patients who require intensive care during life threatening illness or injury. From admission to discharge, we are committed to the care and comfort of our patients and families. The health-care team, as well as the information provided on this site, is available to you for any questions or concerns you may have.
At St. Michael’s Hospital, there is one Critical Care Department with four ICUs working together. This website has been developed by our team to help answer your questions about what we do to provide care to your loved one.
Patient or family feedback
After discharge from the ICU, we invite patients and family members to take a few minutes to tell us about their experience. The survey below will take approximately three to five minutes to complete and assists our teams in improving the care for patients and families at St. Michael’s Hospital.
