Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Location: We’ve moved to 1 Donnelly South. The Patient Relations office can be accessed using the Donnelly South elevators.

*Due to construction, this area is only accessible by the Donnelly South elevators. We apologize for this inconvenience.
